Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

Urban is a fun place to take the kids for a few hours to burn their energy lol. My daughters, age 7 and 3, had an absolute blast! We first went here for a birthday party. It's a great place to holds kid party, they have party room available for rental and will save you time to clean o after lol They have so much different activity to do! I wonder how much a yearly membership lol The only complaint, the bathroom probably needs an update lol

Used to be nicer, cleaner. It feels a lot more trashy, ghetto lately, last couple of years. Great staff but unorganized. It feels as if the place needs new management or new owner. Definitely fresh blood is needed. XXXL size adults should not be allowed to play in kids balloon pools. You never know who is who. Thankfully staff responded promptly! There was this one lady last Sunday, possibly 350lbs. Swinging on kids swings! She then fell. Thank God she didn't fall on a child. It would have been accidental homicide!

We hosted a birthday party for our daughter at the Bloomingdale location on a weekend. However, we were not so impressed. 1. The place is poorly staffed. 2. Activities that need safety stripes are too much delayed because one person works at each point. For safety reasons, such points should have a minimum of two workers. That helps on safety and speed of activities for the children. 3. Lack of party monitoring personnel. If you host parties and have a personal touch, more sales will happen, and happy guests at the end of the day will offer better tips for the employees. 4. The majority of employees are young people who need better supervision by adults, which is completely missing. However, these young workers are well disciplined. 5. PIZZA! Oh, Lord, have mercy. The place has the worst pizza I have ever consumed. Please get a chef/cook to better the dish. Otherwise, bad food is a business killer. The place can improve with better staffing, better lighting, clean floor, and staff giving a personal touch to improve guests' experience.

Urban air is a fun place to take the kids and let them release some of that energy. We first went here for a birthday party and have not stopped going ever since. Both my youngest and my oldest love it there. They have dipping dots and icees amongst other snacks for sale and little lockers if you want to carry around your belongings. Great place for a party as well, they have party rooms available and saves you the trouble of having to clean up before and after.

Unsafe. They have a bunch of shy young teenagers working there who as far as I can tell barely speak. One of them was confused with the harness and put it on incorrectly for my son. We didn’t notice until my son purposefully fell after climbing a wall and was spun around completely and in pain. The teenage worker had failed to properly secure him to the harness. One of his leg openings was on the outside rather than around his leg. This was a serious safety hazard. I asked to speak to the manager who simply said something to the extent of “okay” and then walked away. I’m honestly surprised that the state doesn’t mandate appropriate training for these sorts of things. It’s very scary.

The place was nice. We went during the week for a Bday party. We had an upstairs suite. The bathroom was located inside the suite, which was nice. The place was clean and tidy. The pizzas were tiny. Think one size down. We were allowed to bring in food, so luckily, we had enough. Please note there is a fee if u bring outside pizza, the tune of $250. The ball pit will eat your phone. I repeat, you will lose your phone in the ball pit. Everyone has fun! Will come again

We just had my son’s birthday party there today and we had an amazing experience. Ariana was our party host who literally took care of everything. She was very accommodating and extremely helpful. Our pizza arrived the time we asked for it to come and it was delicious. Everything was great. Thank you so much for making my sons birthday so special Ariana!!!
